Night Vision Cameras

There are a number of CABLES necessary for all components to communicate properly. They all use industry standards, with high quality connectors, and genders for foolproof matching. Names and connector genders are illustrated in the attached spec sheet document.

ARGC-2400 SHORT UMBILICAL CABLE

The grey umbilical cable, linking the ARGC-2400 camera to the Pan & Tilt, is the shorter one. Its length fits exactly between the ARGC-2400 and the Pan & Tilt, to let the camera move freely.

ARGC-2400 LONG UMBILICAL CABLE

The grey umbilical cable links the power supply unit to the Pan & Tilt, it is the longest. Combinations of cables (ex. 30 m + 30 m + 15 m), with the proper adapter, can sum up to 75 m. An adapter between cables was built for sturdy match and no signal loss. All possibilities are illustrated in detailed schematic is in the Ordering Information section.

Note: This cable is flexible & therefore, it makes it easier to install. However, you must make sure that the female end of the cable is on the Pan & Tilt before sealing up.

ARGC 750 SHORT UMBILICAL CABLE

The grey umbilical cable, linking the ARGC-750 camera to the Pan & Tilt, is the shorter one. Its length fits exactly between the ARGC-750 and the Pan & Tilt, to let the camera move freely.

ARGC 750 LONG UMBILICAL CABLE

The grey umbilical cable links the power supply unit to the Pan & Tilt, it is the longest. Combinations of cables (ex. 30 m + 15 m), with the proper adapter, can sum up to 45 m. An adapter between cables was built for sturdy match and no signal loss. This umbilical has two different connector sizes, but the extensions (CAB-00252 and CAB-00250) will have the same size of connector. All pos- sibilities are illustrated in the attached spec sheet document.

Note: This cable is flexible, therefore it makes it easier to install. However, you must make sure that the female end of the cable is on the Pan & Tilt before sealing up.

WASHING STATION CABLES

This cable links the washing station's pump to the MCU in order to control the pump. In this way, when the operator pushes the cleaning software button, it causes the machine operation to be started. In process, the console will send a command to the MCU, which in turn will send a control signal to have the pump spraying a water propulsion over the nozzle near the camera.

VIDEO CONVENIENCE CABLE

To have access to any camera video outputs, connect this cable between the console and one of the six video output connectors located on the MCU back panel.

ETHERNET CONVENIENCE CABLE

The Ethernet cable between the MCU and the console can be straight or cross-linked.

MCU POWER CABLES

Three types of power cables are currently available for the MCU, but it is subject to change and if you do not see your type of cable in this list, please call Obzerv to see if we can provide cables for your country.
