Quebec, Canada – December 7, 2011 – Obzerv Technologies Inc. is pleased to report that it has won the “2011 Trophées Vision” Award for the Emerging Visionary Company of the year. This prominent award highlights Obzerv's impressive growth over the last 3 years and a promising future. It is sponsored by “Investissement Québec”, and awarded by the Quebec Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chartered Accountants of Quebec.
For the past 25 years, the “Trophées Vision” has highlighted the visionary spirits of a number of companies within the Quebec & Chaudiere-Appalaches regions. Initiated by the Chartered Accountants of Quebec, this acknowledgment demonstrates to the business people and the population in general, the dynamism and the quality of local companies, which are a source of motivation benefiting the growth and the influence exerted by our regions.
“Trophées Vision” is one of the most coveted awards for the Quebec & Chaudiere-Appalaches' companies. The jury is composed of five Chartered Accountants from the parapublic, government and institutional sectors. The four criteria considered by the jury are the actual and future economic benefits for the regions, the research & development, employees' training as well as sustainable development.

In April 2011, among the top 50 defence companies in Canada, Obzerv was ranked 35th.
